Terms of Use
Effective September 7, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of FindMe. By creating an account, submitting a service request, or applying to participate as a service professional, you agree to them.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FindMe, including the FindMe website, applications, communications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Saver Services + Administration, LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company doing business as FindMe Board (“FindMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, submitting a service request, applying to participate as a service professional, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. What FindMe Is
FindMe is a technology platform designed to help people seeking home and property-related services (“Customers”) connect with independent local service professionals and businesses (“Pros”).
FindMe facilitates introductions.
FindMe does not itself perform home-service or property-service work.
Pros using FindMe are independent individuals or businesses. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, partners, or representatives of FindMe.
FindMe does not control or supervise how a Pro performs work and does not determine the final scope, price, scheduling, materials, methods, warranties, permits, payment terms, or other terms of a project.
Any agreement for services is entered into directly between the Customer and the Pro.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a FindMe account or use the Platform.
If you create or operate an account on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and bind it to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not impersonate another person or business, create an account using false information, or use another person's account without authorization.
FindMe may request additional information when reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, review or verify an account, investigate suspected misuse, or protect FindMe and its users.
3. Customer Service Requests
Customers may use FindMe to describe a service need, provide information about a property or project, upload photographs or other information, and request connections with Pros.
A Customer does not need to own the property to use FindMe but must have a legitimate reason and appropriate authority to request services relating to the property.
Customers are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that FindMe will identify an available Pro or that any Pro will respond, provide an estimate, accept a project, or perform work.
FindMe may use information provided by the Customer, including service type, location, timing, photographs, descriptions, and other relevant information, to identify and route opportunities to appropriate Pros.
4. Emergency Requests
FindMe is not an emergency-response service.
The availability of an emergency or urgent designation within the Platform does not mean that FindMe or a Pro will respond within any guaranteed period of time.
If a situation presents an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or property — including fire, suspected gas leaks, electrical hazards, flooding presenting an immediate danger, or other emergencies — users should contact 911, the appropriate utility provider, or the appropriate local emergency authority, as applicable.
Do not rely on FindMe for emergency-response services.
5. How Matching Works
FindMe is designed to create focused connections rather than distribute every service request to a large number of Pros.
FindMe may consider factors including:
- trade or service category;
- service area;
- availability;
- responsiveness;
- marketplace activity;
- reputation and feedback;
- previous marketplace performance; and
- other factors FindMe determines are relevant to creating an appropriate connection.
FindMe may modify its matching, routing, and assignment methods over time as the Platform develops.
Nothing in these Terms entitles any Pro to a particular matching method, routing position, assignment sequence, or priority.
FindMe does not guarantee any particular match, number or frequency of opportunities, response, customer, job, revenue, or result.
Customers remain responsible for deciding whether and which Pro they wish to engage.
Pros remain responsible for deciding whether to respond to or pursue an opportunity.
6. Qualified Opportunities
For purposes of Pro participation, introductory offers, and subscription billing, a “Qualified Opportunity” means a bona fide service request submitted through FindMe by a Customer seeking services that reasonably match a Pro's approved trade and service area and that FindMe delivers to the Pro as an opportunity.
A Qualified Opportunity counts when it is delivered to the Pro, regardless of whether the Pro:
- responds to the opportunity;
- communicates with the Customer;
- provides an estimate or quote;
- is hired by the Customer; or
- ultimately performs the work.
A Qualified Opportunity does not guarantee that the Pro will receive or win a job.
Duplicate requests, requests FindMe reasonably determines to be fraudulent or invalid, and requests that do not reasonably match the Pro's approved trade and service area will not count as Qualified Opportunities.
Disputing a Qualified Opportunity
If a Pro believes an opportunity should not qualify because it was a duplicate, fraudulent or invalid request, or did not reasonably match the Pro's approved trade or service area, the Pro must notify FindMe within seven (7) days after delivery of the opportunity.
FindMe will reasonably review the circumstances.
If FindMe determines that the opportunity did not meet the definition of a Qualified Opportunity, it will not count toward the Pro's first three Qualified Opportunities.
FindMe's Platform and communication records may be used to establish when an opportunity was delivered.
7. Applying to Join FindMe as a Pro
Participation in the FindMe professional network is not automatic.
Pros apply to participate, and FindMe may approve or decline an application based on the information reasonably available to FindMe.
FindMe intentionally manages participation by trade and geographic market. Availability may therefore be limited, and FindMe may maintain waitlists in markets or trades that have reached capacity.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Acceptance does not guarantee any particular number or frequency of Qualified Opportunities.
8. Pro Review and Qualifications
FindMe performs a limited review of Pros before or during participation in the network.
Depending on the Pro, trade, jurisdiction, and information reasonably available, this review may include:
- confirming that the person or business appears to exist;
- reviewing information provided by the Pro;
- reviewing publicly available business information;
- reviewing licensing information where a license is applicable to the trade or jurisdiction;
- reviewing publicly available records; and
- considering marketplace history, ratings, responsiveness, and feedback.
Not every trade requires a professional license, and licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Unless FindMe expressly states otherwise, FindMe does not verify a Pro's insurance coverage.
FindMe's review is limited. Approval to participate in FindMe does not constitute a certification, endorsement, guarantee, or comprehensive background investigation of a Pro.
Information reviewed by FindMe may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable.
Customers should exercise their own judgment when selecting and engaging a Pro and may request additional credentials, insurance information, references, estimates, contracts, or other information directly from the Pro.
Pros are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, and other qualifications required by applicable law for the work they perform.
9. The Customer-Pro Relationship
FindMe is not a party to the service agreement between a Customer and a Pro.
Customers and Pros are solely responsible for agreeing upon matters including:
- scope of work;
- estimates and pricing;
- scheduling;
- materials;
- deposits and payments;
- permits;
- warranties;
- change orders;
- project completion; and
- resolution of disputes concerning the work.
Unless FindMe expressly states otherwise for a particular service, FindMe does not collect or process payment for the underlying work performed by a Pro.
FindMe is not responsible for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, conduct, safety, property damage, delays, cancellations, or other actions of a Customer or Pro.
10. Ratings, Reviews and WYGB™
FindMe believes good marketplace relationships require accountability on both sides.
Following an interaction or completed project, FindMe may ask Customers to provide feedback about Pros, including through Would You Go Back? — WYGB™, which asks whether the Customer would choose that Pro again.
FindMe may also allow Pros to rate or provide feedback about their experience with Customers.
FindMe may use ratings, reviews, WYGB™ responses, responsiveness, marketplace conduct, and other feedback to:
- improve matching;
- inform users;
- identify patterns of marketplace behavior;
- determine routing or participation;
- investigate complaints;
- protect the quality and integrity of the FindMe network; and
- improve the Platform.
Feedback must be honest and based on a genuine interaction.
Users may not submit fraudulent, manipulated, retaliatory, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful reviews or ratings.
FindMe may remove, restrict, investigate, or decline to publish feedback that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the Platform.
FindMe does not guarantee that every interaction or completed job will receive a rating, review, or WYGB™ response.
11. Pro Subscriptions and Fees
FindMe uses a subscription model for participating Pros.
Once a Pro's paid subscription begins, FindMe does not charge a separate fee each time a Qualified Opportunity is delivered.
The applicable subscription price and billing interval will be disclosed to the Pro before enrollment in the paid subscription.
Pricing may vary by market, trade, plan, or other factors.
Your First Three Qualified Opportunities Are Free
An approved Pro may receive their first three Qualified Opportunities without paying a subscription fee.
FindMe will not begin charging the Pro's subscription fee until FindMe has delivered three Qualified Opportunities.
After FindMe delivers the third Qualified Opportunity, the Pro's paid subscription will automatically begin at the subscription price and billing interval disclosed when the Pro enrolled, unless the Pro cancels before then.
A Pro who cancels before the paid subscription begins will owe no subscription fee.
Recurring Billing
By enrolling, providing a payment method, and authorizing the subscription, the Pro authorizes FindMe and its payment processor to automatically charge the applicable recurring subscription fee after the third Qualified Opportunity and at each subsequent renewal until canceled.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled.
Price Changes
FindMe may change subscription pricing from time to time.
For an existing paid subscription, FindMe will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before a price increase applies.
The new price will take effect at an applicable renewal after the notice period. A Pro may cancel before the new price takes effect.
12. Failed Payments
If FindMe is unable to process a subscription payment when due, FindMe may attempt to process the payment again and may notify the Pro of the payment failure.
FindMe may pause or restrict the Pro's participation in the network, including delivery of additional Qualified Opportunities, until the account is brought current.
The Pro remains responsible for unpaid subscription amounts properly incurred before cancellation or suspension.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Pros may cancel their FindMe subscription at any time.
For a paid subscription, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
The Pro may continue using applicable paid features through the end of that billing period.
The subscription will not renew after cancellation becomes effective.
FindMe does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
A Pro may cancel during the introductory period before the paid subscription begins and will owe no subscription fee.
Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily delete the Pro's account, profile, ratings, marketplace history, or other records FindMe is permitted or required to retain.
14. Communications and SMS
FindMe uses communications including email, text messaging, and Platform notifications to operate the service.
These communications may include:
- account verification;
- service-request information;
- Qualified Opportunity notifications;
- Customer and Pro responses;
- scheduling or status information;
- account notifications;
- support communications; and
- other transactional or conversational messages related to use of FindMe.
Where required, FindMe will obtain consent before sending SMS messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to supported FindMe text messages to opt out of SMS communications and HELP for assistance. Where supported, replying START may restore SMS communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or using FindMe.
Opting out of SMS may affect the convenience or speed with which a user receives certain Platform communications but will not, by itself, terminate the user's FindMe account.
Additional information regarding messaging may be provided in FindMe's Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.
15. Contact Information and Privacy
FindMe may limit or mask direct contact information between Customers and Pros during portions of the matching process.
When a Customer chooses to connect with a Pro, FindMe may enable the parties to communicate more directly or share information necessary to continue the relationship.
Users may not attempt to circumvent privacy protections to improperly obtain another user's private information or use information obtained through FindMe for harassment, spam, unrelated solicitation, or unlawful purposes.
FindMe's collection, use, retention, and sharing of personal information is described in the FindMe Privacy Policy.
16. User Content
Users may submit information, descriptions, photographs, messages, reviews, business information, profile information, and other content through the Platform (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant FindMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, analyze, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve FindMe and the Platform.
If FindMe wishes to use identifiable User Content in advertising or promotional materials beyond what a user would reasonably expect from operation of the Platform, FindMe will obtain any additional permission required by applicable law.
You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that its use as permitted by these Terms will not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You may not upload unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, infringing, malicious, or intentionally misleading content.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use FindMe to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- impersonate another person or business;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another user;
- distribute malware or interfere with Platform security;
- scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Platform data without authorization;
- manipulate ratings, reviews, matching, or marketplace activity;
- submit fake service requests;
- intentionally generate artificial Qualified Opportunities;
- misuse another user's personal information;
- interfere with the operation of FindMe; or
- use FindMe for purposes materially unrelated to legitimate home or property-service connections.
FindMe may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action.
18. Direct Relationships After a Connection
FindMe exists to help make useful connections.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed for a particular FindMe service, FindMe does not require a Customer and Pro to conduct their ongoing relationship exclusively through the Platform after they have been connected.
Customers and Pros may communicate and work directly with one another.
FindMe is not responsible for transactions, communications, agreements, or work occurring outside the Platform.
19. Intellectual Property
The FindMe Platform, software, design, branding, logos, graphics, FindMe-created text and content, features, technology, databases, and other FindMe materials are owned by or licensed to FindMe and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
FindMe, FindMe Board, WYGB™, Would You Go Back?, and related branding and marks may not be used without FindMe's permission except as permitted by law.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of FindMe's intellectual property.
20. Third-Party Services and Technology
FindMe may rely on third-party providers and technologies for services including communications, hosting, payments, maps, analytics, business or public information, artificial intelligence, and other functions.
FindMe may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist with functions such as processing service requests, identifying relevant trades, matching, reviewing information, supporting users, and improving Platform operations.
Automated tools may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. FindMe may supplement automated processes with human review where appropriate.
FindMe is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
21. No Guarantee of Services or Results
FindMe does not guarantee:
- that a Customer will receive a match;
- that a Pro will respond;
- that a Pro will receive any particular number or frequency of Qualified Opportunities;
- that a Pro will win or perform any particular job;
- that a Customer will hire a particular Pro;
- that information supplied by users or obtained from public or third-party sources will always be accurate;
- the quality, safety, legality, timing, price, or outcome of work performed;
- any particular response time, including for requests designated urgent or emergency;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform; or
- any particular financial or business result from using FindMe.
FindMe may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features as the service develops.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDME AND THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
FINDME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
FINDME DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT, QUALIFICATIONS, PERFORMANCE, WORK, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CUSTOMER OR PRO.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDME AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDME'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) $100; OR
(B) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO FINDME DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FindMe and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising from or related to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful or improper use of FindMe;
- your User Content;
- your infringement of another person's rights; or
- if you are a Pro, services you provide or agree to provide to a Customer.
FindMe reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.
25. Suspension and Termination
FindMe may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or participation in the Platform if FindMe reasonably believes that a user:
- violated these Terms;
- provided false or misleading information;
- engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct;
- presents a safety or marketplace-integrity concern;
- repeatedly fails to meet applicable participation requirements;
- manipulates marketplace activity or ratings;
- misuses personal information;
- fails to pay amounts properly due to FindMe; or
- otherwise creates material risk for FindMe or its users.
FindMe may also limit Pro participation when a trade or market reaches capacity or when FindMe changes the geographic areas or services it supports.
Users may stop using FindMe at any time, subject to applicable subscription obligations and provisions of these Terms that survive termination.
26. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You and FindMe agree that, except as described below, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of FindMe will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration, the party raising the dispute must provide the other party written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.
Notices to FindMe should be sent to: info@findmeboard.com
Individual Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, subject to these Terms.
The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the extent applicable.
Class-Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND FINDME AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
Either party may also seek temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, Platform security, or prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
30-Day Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@findmeboard.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your FindMe account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.
Opting out of arbitration will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms or your ability to use FindMe.
27. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable law requires otherwise.
For disputes permitted to proceed in court, you and FindMe consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Puerto Rico, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
28. Changes to These Terms
FindMe may update these Terms as the Platform evolves.
When changes are material, FindMe will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email, or another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will identify their effective date.
Where required by law, FindMe will obtain consent to material changes.
Continued use of FindMe after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to subscription pricing are governed by the pricing provisions above.
29. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
FindMe's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
You may not assign these Terms without FindMe's consent. FindMe may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
These Terms, together with FindMe's Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and FindMe concerning use of the Platform.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-resolution provisions — will survive.
